Wild Detroit: A Foraged To Fork Fundraising Dinner & Silent Auction

Wild Detroit is a collaborative fundraiser hosted by Black To The Land Coalition, Friends of Rouge Park, and Brightmoor Artisans Collective to benefit the work of each organization in the city of Detroit.

This charitable dinner event features a locally sourced meal prepared by Chef Bianca Danzy, a Black To The Land Coalition Co-Founder and owner of of Real Food By Bianca. Chef Danzy will be highlighting wild ingredients foraged by Black To The Land and Friends of Rouge Park as well as locally sourced produce from the Artisan Learning Garden. The dinner will be hosted at the Brightmoor Artisans Collective, a non-profit in the Brightmoor neighborhood of Northwest Detroit that operates a Community Cafe, Incubator Kitchen, Farmers Market and the B'moor Nourished Free Pantry.

Prior to the dinner, guests will enjoy light refreshments and appetizers under the lights of the Brightmoor Artisans community patio with accompanying musical entertainment. Guests are encouraged to also visit the indoor silent auction where they may place bids on a variety of items to support the fundraiser including experiences, service packages, gift baskets and more. As guests enjoy their appetizers, they may also take a self guided tour of the Brightmoor Artisans Collective to learn more about upcoming projects. Black To The Land and Friends of Rouge Park will also have information tables in the lounge area to share more about their programs in Detroit.
