Whether you are starting from your home kitchen or are ready to produce in a commercial kitchen, we are here to help!

This workshop covers the basics of establishing a small food business, cottage food versus commercial food regulations and licensing, resources and templates to get you started, and concludes with a tour of the Brightmoor Artisans Incubator Kitchen.

This workshop is free to the public but pre-registration is required. Light refreshments will be served.
