Brightmoor Artisans Collective members are invited to our 2nd Quarter Member Meeting, taking place remotely on July 8th from 4:00–5:00 PM (sharp start at 4 PM).
This one-hour working session will cover key updates and opportunities for the season, including upcoming market openings at BAC and a focused open call for the 2026 Harvest Fest, our largest annual market event held Saturday, October 3rd. As always, Harvest Fest marks the final vending event of the year and requires a separate application from the regular market vendor process.
We are also forming a Harvest Fest Planning Committee, and members are encouraged to participate in shaping programming, logistics, and vendor selection.
Additional agenda items include:
Introduction of the 2026 culinary instructor master list initiative
Members will be able to submit an instructor registration form to be added to a shared roster of teaching artists, food makers, and workshop facilitators, including areas of expertise and instructional capacity.Launch of a free vendor sales + receipt tracking tool
This resource will support easier bookkeeping at markets and help improve collective market data collection for vendors.General updates on member benefits and upcoming seasonal programming
This meeting is designed to be efficient and action-oriented. No AI notetakers will be permitted. A meeting summary and resources will be shared with members following the session.
